*MARK FICKEN COLLISION CENTER* is looking for an experienced *Auto Body Shop Repair Technician* for a high-volume new car dealer*. We are currently paying $26-$32 based on experience and offering a sign on bonus.*

*Body Shop Repair Tech - Job Responsibilities:*
· Body Techs examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
· Automotive Body Technicians remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window-and-seat-operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle body and fenders.
· Body Techs position dolly block against surface of dented area and beat opposite surface to remove dents, using hammer.
· Auto Body Techs fill depressions with body filler, using putty knife.
· Body Techs remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, using wrenches and cutting torch.
· Bolt or weld replacement parts in position, using wrenches or welding equipment.
· Straighten bent automobile frames, using a pneumatic frame straightening machine.
· File, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools.
· Aim headlights, align wheels, and bleed hydraulic brake system.
· Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
*Body Shop Repair Tech - Requirements:*
· Experience required (Ford experience is a plus!)
· I-Car Certification is preferred, but not required!
· Must hold valid driver's license
· Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
· Working knowledge of shop equipment
*About Mark Ficken Collision Center:*
· Flat Rate Pay
· Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
