ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by answering product and service inquiries efficiently and courteously.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Delta Associates offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Multi-channel Support: Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Gather and forward customer feedback to relevant departments to improve products and services.
RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent, though a college degree is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively.
