The Document Specialist is responsible for a variety of regular and recurring functions to support the organization's data and document needs. Responsibilities of this position include timely entry of documents into imaging systems, document retention and supporting efficient workflows. Additionally, this position will be responsible for overall awareness of imaging processes and document retention and must comply with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Duties and responsibilities:

Daily Processing and Support

Understand imaging processes and document retention for the organization, including the ability to identify various documents and correspondence. Work with various teams, multiple folders and systems to complete the daily imaging processes for deposit and loan documents within established service levels. Document and update procedures for imaging processes.

System Utilization and Support

Understand the systems and resources for data reporting, imaging and workflow management to assist team members with questions and troubleshooting. At times, communication with vendors may be necessary to understand system capabilities and resolve situations.

Projects and Other Responsibilities
Partner with Data and Document Systems team members and other teams to gather information or complete tasks related to project completion.

Associate's degree in finance or business related field with a minimum of 2-5 years banking experience or a minimum of five years banking experience required. Bank deposit operational experience strongly preferred.
