Position Overview:

• Job Title: Remote Medical Call Center Rep
• Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
• Schedule: (Must be able to work any 8hr Shift between the hours of operation) Full time- 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri.
• TEXAS Residents only!
• Projected START DATE MID-SEPTEMBER 2025!
• MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX

 

Job Details:

• Answer inbound calls and may perform outbound calls assisting patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits.
• Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
• Provide excellent customer service and patient support.
• Verify insurance and patient information.
• Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
• Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.

Job Qualifications: Must have 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations a PLUS!
• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
• Must be able to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions
• High-Speed Internet with a wired connection is mandatory. (Mobile hotspots are not accepted)
• Adhere to all company required KPI's
• HS Diploma/Equivalent
