The Role:

The Door-to-Door Sales Representative for Next Level Connect will expand our residential customer base through direct sales efforts, including military bases. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and presenting high-speed fiber internet solutions on behalf of Next Level Connect and our partners.

The primary focus will be on building relationships within designated territories, including military bases, where familiarity with military culture and operations will be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a military background, demonstrating discipline, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. Experience working within or understanding military base operations is a plus, as it will facilitate relationship building and territory management in these environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential clients through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and industry research. Special focus on establishing relationships within military communities and bases.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand the specific needs and pain points of clients, especially those within military environments, to tailor solutions effectively. Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide customized recommendations.\

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our fiber optic internet services, emphasizing features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and secure agreements aligned with company goals and pricing strategies.

  • Account Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Territory Management: Effectively manage sales activities within designated areas, including military bases, leveraging knowledge of military culture and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Military background with experience working within or understanding military culture and operations.

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

  • Strong persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to help prospects feel at ease.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory, including military bases if applicable.

  • Previous sales experience is desirable but not required; military experience is highly valued and can be a strong differentiator.

  • Knowledge of telecommunications, internet services, or technology industries is a plus.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity.

Job Related:

  • Job Type: 1099 Contract with Path to FT

  • Pay: 100% Commission, with an average annual salary of $65k-$150k, and a monthly sales target of $ 10k. With a focused effort, top performers earn significantly higher compensation.

  • Work Location: On the road, with a territory focus, including military bases
