Driver Helper – Suffolk What You’ll Do: You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Role You’ll: - Ride along in the passenger seat to assist the driver throughout daily routes Load and unload products at customer locations using a hand truck, pallet jack, or manually
- Ensure products match invoices and meet customer expectations
- Assist in organizing, securing, and handling returned items such as trays, crates, totes, and pallets Spot and guide the driver to safely maneuver the vehicle
- Support with route paperwork and documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times
What you will bring: - High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
- Ability to lift 10–50 lbs regularly, push/pull up to 150 lbs, and work on your feet for most of the shift
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments and varying temperatures
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Previous experience in food distribution or handling frozen products is a plus
Schedule & Setting: - Shift start time: 4:00am
- Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
- Primarily a 5-day work week,
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
Pay & Benefits: - Starting pay: $17.55/hr (average of 10 overtime hours a week)
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
