Cummins Behavioral Health Systems is seeking an experienced human resource professional for a key position as Entry Level Human Resources Generalist with remote work options. Candidates must currently reside in Indiana or be willing to relocate.
Job Summary:
The Entry Level Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing Human Resources related duties in the following functional areas: Employee relations, corporate training program, benefits administration, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment, employment law compliance, maintain credentialing/privileging files, and ensure that all activities are in adherence with the Corporate Compliance Program at Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc.
Essential Functions:
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to human resources and ensure policies, procedures and practices are in line with newest requirements and trends.
Assist in the development and administration of human resources related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all human resources related federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate staff development, competency-based training, and performance management for the organization.
Assist in the compilation and evaluation of HR related reports, data, and analytics in relation to established department and organizational goals and recommend continual improvement, as necessary.
Provide employee relations and human resources policy guidance to supervisors.
Develop training content (handouts, quick reference cards, guides, post training survey etc).
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support the efficient operation of the department and achievement of organizational goals.
