Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Mission Staffing Compensation: $85-95K base + OT + bonus (basically 90k-105k base + bonus) Schedule: Hybrid | 3 days in-office A leading investment management firm is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their high-performing team in Greenwich. In this hybrid role, you'll support a group of senior professionals across the wealth division, including Partners, Managing Directors, and other senior stakeholders. This is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of scheduling, so the ability to juggle priorities with a calm, proactive demeanor is key. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive-level support to 8–9 individuals across multiple time zones and locations Heavy calendar management and coordination of meetings across a hybrid and partially remote team Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external communications Prepare expense reports and manage travel arrangements (experience with Concur strongly preferred) Maintain CRM data and records (Salesforce a plus) Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-touch executive support role Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills Personable, adaptable, and collaborative—able to build trust across multiple teams Eager to grow within an administrative career track long-term Hiring Process: Two rounds—initial Zoom with the team followed by an onsite meeting.
