Executive Assistant The Executive Assistant performs a wide range of administrative duties for executive management and designated senior level staff, including screening calls; managing calendars and schedules; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; conducting research; preparing correspondence, reports and presentations; handling information requests; receiving visitors; arranging conference calls; and coordinating activities of assigned administrative personnel. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a timely manner while ensuring and safeguarding the confidential nature of discussions and shared information. Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma or GED required 5+ years of administrative support experience at the management or executive level. High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. California driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance (for travel between sites). Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or healthcare environment. Experience with reviewing, editing, and maintaining contracts. Why Join TrueCare?
