Tri-Wellness specializes in Executive Functioning Coaching and Wellness for people struggling with Learning Differences (such as ADHD and non-verbal learning disorders), Neurological Disorders, Mood Disorders like anxiety and depression, and other Mental Health Diagnoses.

We are seeking a full-time highly organized Executive Functioning Coach based in Colorado.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience coaching on executive functioning or organizational skills
• Wellness background and interest in Psychology
• Background or knowledge in wellness like fitness or nutrition or yoga or martial arts
• A super high executive functioner and excellent self-management skills
• Someone who is willing to see clients during sessions but also willing to communicate outside of sessions via text and email.
• A “coachable” coach. Willing to continue learning regardless of one’s current resume of experience.
• An empathic and good listener
• Should be located in Boulder or the surrounding areas
  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help clients find more organization, structure, and motivation in their daily tasks and goals.
• Help clients improve mental processes like time management, task initiation, attentional control, and self-monitoring, leading to better performance in school, work, and life.
• Evaluate the progress of Executive Function skill development, and provide any necessary adjustments.
• Update coaching sessions based on the client’s challenges, responses, and current mindset.
