Our 45-minute strength and conditioning workouts are designed to build confidence, strength, and lasting results for our members. Led by certified trainers, we provide personalized attention, accountability, and motivation to help every individual reach their full potential.
As a Fitness Coach, you’ll play a key role in inspiring and guiding our members on their fitness journeys. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading dynamic, high-energy group workouts that are both challenging and fun.
- Providing personalized coaching and modifications to meet individual fitness levels and goals.
- Building relationships with members to foster a welcoming, inclusive community.
- Offering accountability and motivation to help members stay on track.
- Maintaining a safe and clean workout environment.
We’re seeking a Fitness Coach who brings energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to every session. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or a related field.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
