Senior Director, Recruitment at WhiteCap Search

Our client, a dynamic investment firm with both private equity and hedge fund strategies, is seeking a seasoned Fundraiser or Marketer to lead capital formation efforts. This individual will oversee all fundraising and investor relations activities, targeting institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. As a key contributor to the firms next phase of growth, the person will build and execute a strategic fundraising roadmap, foster global LP relationships. This is a fully remote role offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits!

Job Function

• Develop and execute a global fundraising strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives.
• Coordinate capital-raising efforts across both hedge fund and private equity offerings.
• Lead the creation of marketing materials, including pitch decks and fund teasers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective investors.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of institutional, family office, and ultra-high-net-worth investors.
• Organize and lead roadshows, investor meetings, and virtual capital introductions.
• Collaborate with investment, legal, and operations teams to ensure fundraising efforts align with structuring and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

• 10 years of experience in fundraising or investor relations within asset management, private equity, or hedge fund environments.
• Demonstrated success in raising institutional capital across multiple investment strategies.
