Are you an operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-first environment? Do you love blending hospitality with innovation? We're looking for a General Manager to lead a dynamic property in the heart of Atlanta known for high-level customer service and superb training. Youll be overseeing a vibrant hospitality experience that serves a variety of guest needs. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, a people-first mindset, and the operational grit to lead a team in creating unforgettable guest experiences every day.

Base Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 + 10% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, 401k w/match, PTO and more!

General Manager Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a senior leadership role within hospitality, retail, restaurant, events or a related service industry
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and driving performance metrics across operations and guest satisfaction
• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and financial accountability
• A bachelors degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferredbut equivalent experience works too.
• Youre an agile problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and always leads by example
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and inspire.
