Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist in Vernon Hills, IL. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for daily HR operations, managing HR policies, and employee benefits administration. This includes coordinating and overseeing HR management activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting employee relations to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge and experience with Policies and Employee Benefits, FMLA and Performance Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with HR and Payroll software

Must be bilingual English/Spanish
