We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Minneapolis. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow within the world of client relations and account management. You will work closely with senior representatives and managers to support client success and build long-lasting relationships

• 
  Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts

  Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs

  Support the development and execution of account strategies

  Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for client meetings

• 
  Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely project delivery

  Help resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction

  Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• 
  0–2 years of experience in a client-facing role or administrative support

• 
  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  Willingness to learn and grow within the role
