Required Qualifications and Skills 0-3 years of hands‑on experience in network engineering or a related IT infrastructure role. Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A strong, demonstrable understanding of modern cybersecurity principles, network topologies, and intrusion detection methods. Proficiency with core networking protocols and concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, 802.1Q trunking). A proactive and analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges. Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Security+, or similar.
