Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in East Rutherford, NJ. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth functioning of office equipment. The role includes coordination with staff, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining organized office procedures. The Office Manager will also assist with administrative support duties as needed.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency with Office Equipment and technology
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
