Work Environment Location: Onsite Travel Requirements: Minimal, 20% or less Working Hours: Standard Responsibilities The analyst will support the USSF Headquarters, Office of the Chief of Strategy and Resourcing, Directorate of Space Requirements, developing and assessing space capabilities and requirements. Candidate Will Support Service integration with JCIDS Participate in JROC process and attend relevant boards as USSF representative Develop and review capability documents (ICDs, CDDs, RPRD, SFRD) Advise senior leadership on capabilities development Analyze data to evaluate capability artifacts Required Qualifications Understanding of Space enterprise, DoD requirements, acquisition, and budgeting Experience in planning and executing requirements projects, with senior leadership interaction Knowledge of ground-based radar, optical telescopes, space sensors, and AI/ML data platforms Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years in Service, COCOM, or Joint Capabilities development Active DoD TS/SCI clearance Desired Qualifications Master's degree in relevant field 5+ years in defense space operations, engineering, analysis, or policy Experience with space system acquisitions and staffing tools Additional Information Full-time, 40 hours/week.
