Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide legal and administrative support to attorneys by conducting research, drafting documents, and maintaining case files. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and case summaries. Conduct legal research and compile relevant case law, statutes, and regulations. Manage and organize case files, discovery materials, and trial exhibits. Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials. Communicate with clients, court staff, and third parties in a professional manner. Monitor deadlines, maintain calendars, and ensure timely filings. Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed. Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Paralegal certification Previous experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team environment
