Job Description Summary
General Job Description • Maintain patient's safe passage in and out of the practice • Greet, assess and interview patients • Obtain past medical and surgical history, family history, social history, vital signs • Review present medications, allergy history, chief complaint • Prepare and assist patients for examination, treatment, or procedure by provider • Anticipate needs of patients, and the provider • Monitoring of patient during examination, or procedure • Maintain and update level of skill for pertinent paramedic duties • Maintain patient care areas • Stocking and ordering of supplies as needed, and maintaining clean exam rooms • Charge and code supplies, medications, and procedures • Respond to patient's concerns in person or by telephone while simultaneously documenting the problem • Maintains patient confidentiality •Administers medications and IVs per physician’s orders • Perform a variety of preliminary procedures, including phlebotomy, injections, throat cultures and more • Shift Differentials Available •Career Growth: Exposure to a Level II Adult Trauma Center •Free On-Site Parking •Medical, Dental & Vision insurance: Starts day 1

Qualifications:
• Current Massachusetts Paramedic Licensure
• Current ACLS/BLS licensure
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Team Player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
