Broadwing Legal, a busy personal injury law firm, is seeking a motivated and tech‑savvy individual to join our team as a part‑time Legal Receptionist/Assistant. Our friendly, team‑oriented atmosphere offers room for professional growth and development. We handle complex personal injury cases and pride ourselves on providing excellent client service. Hours: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day during business hours, 9 AM – 5 PM) Schedule: Flexible start and stop times to accommodate your needs Location: Columbus office (in‑person position) Responsibilities Answer phones and provide excellent client service Schedule client meetings and intake consultations Maintain attorney calendar and coordinate appointments Conduct basic client intake (collecting contact information and injury details) File documents in our online case management software Draft routine documents including medical record requests and attorney‑client contracts Support the legal team with various administrative tasks What We're Looking For No prior legal experience required – we prefer to train the right candidate!
