Wall Street law firm with diverse business practice seeks experienced attorney with 6+ years of leasing and transactional experience.
Must have ability to handle complex retail and office leases and business transactions independently; must be able to tailor negotiations to the clients specific needs and goals (not approach deals in a rote manner). Real estate, M&A, Coop/Condominium work are pluses as the practice is quite varied.
Initially, this would be a part-time, hourly position at approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to expand to full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for both a collegial office environment and WFH / flexible workdays. Our attorneys are eclectic in background and all have serious interests outside of work while maintaining their commitments to the firm and its clients.
Looking for someone available to start immediately but flexible as to start date given that it is summer.
