Salary/Payrate: $115K-$130K annually plus a performance-based bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!

Work Environment:  Hybrid (1# of days WFH)

Our client, an AMLaw 50 firm, is looking to hire a Senior Financial Data Analyst at their offices in New York City. This is a full time, direct hire role paying an annual salary of $115K to $130K plus a performance-based bonus and excellent benefits package. The role requires a Bachelors degree and will allow for remote work one day a week.

Overview:

Senior Financial Data Analyst is a key player in our client’s financial data ecosystem, developing, designing and project managing dashboards and reporting that support the firm. The role demands an elevated level of technical expertise – specifically in Power BI, financial knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain insightful and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports for various end user groups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and design data model for accurate and efficient reporting.
• Lead analytical projects, manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality dashboards and reports.
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity within BI systems.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, sharing expertise in Power BI and data analysis best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and identify root causes, collaborating with technology teams to resolve performance.

Requirements

• Advanced Power BI developer
• Advanced SSRS developer
• Expertise in SQL and DAX
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs
