Telecom Construction Manager

Location: Central and Northern West Virginia

Duration: 6-Month Engagement

We are seeking a seasoned Telecom Construction Manager to oversee the successful execution of telecom construction projects, ensuring they meet high standards for quality, safety, and timeliness.

Position Overview: As the Telecom Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction phase, including maintaining the project schedule, controlling expenses, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. You will also manage a diverse team of direct reports, matrix staff, and subcontractor resources, driving the project to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction schedule to ensure timely project completion.
• Control project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety across all construction activities.
• Manage and coordinate resources, including direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and subcontractor teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of industry experience in telecom construction management.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Engineering or technical degree preferred.
