Works collaboratively with leadership to identify training needs. Develops a training curriculum for all new and existing employees. Utilizes Customer Service/Insurance Recovery leadership as Subject Matter Experts (SME) to develop and maintain instructional materials and procedures related to the activities within the Customer Service/Insurance Recovery Department. Designs course content using information gained from needs assessments. Evaluates the impact of training programs by establishing criteria to assess effectiveness. Plans training schedules considering operational needs and facilitates training sessions for Customer Service/CBO Insurance Recovery staff responsible for customer/insurance recovery activities.
