The LAZ Hospitality Team

The LAZ Hospitality team is a unique division within LAZ Parking dedicated to growth through operational and financial excellence. The team specializes in hotel partnerships across the country and focuses on developing relationships through training, human connection, and career development for our employees and partners.

The Spirit of the Position

Do you love driving cars? Meeting new people? Are you energetic and quick on your feet? If so, we are looking for you. We are hiring Valet Attendants to impress our customers by parking their cars professionally and responsibly.

Responsibilities

1. Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars organized with a friendly attitude.
2. Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
3. Greet all customers by name, address their needs, and build rapport.
4. Open and close doors for customers.
5. Assist with luggage as needed.
6. Turn off cars and remove keys.
7. Provide valet tickets and explain the retrieval process.
8. Park and retrieve cars efficiently and carefully.
9. Work independently when necessary and promote excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Charismatic, energetic, and helpful personality.
• Dependable and responsible.
• Experience in hospitality, parking, or related fields preferred.
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record; ability to drive standard transmission preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively in English.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in hospitality or parking industry is a plus but not required.

Physical Demands

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently.
