About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Americas Sales Operations to lead and partner with the Americas Sales Leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization, driving improvements in various areas such as system adoption, planning, reporting, quota, and sales process optimization. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in sales operations, go-to-market acumen, and a passion for enhancing the sales experience. The VP will be tasked with leading the team to maximize revenue growth, generating business insights through advanced analytics, and implementing comprehensive pipeline reporting tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deploy technology and automate processes is essential, as is the ability to lead annual planning activities and evolve the sales operations organization. To excel in this position, candidates must have a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in sales, sales finance, and/or sales operations, with a focus on building and managing high-performing teams. The role demands a leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and adept at working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM management, forecasting, and sales process automation tools is required, and experience in driving GTM transformations is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong intellect, creative problem-solving skills, and effective communication, and will be a team player who is dedicated to operational excellence. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and the candidate must be willing to work in a local office three times a week.
