About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead the delivery of data centers from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Schedulers, as well as overseeing general contractor and vendor partnerships to ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the company's quality standards. This role requires a strong focus on integration across design, construction, and operations, with an emphasis on aligning sustainability, value engineering, and cost efficiency with corporate objectives. The VP of Construction will also be instrumental in driving change management initiatives and will work closely with various internal teams to optimize product delivery and reduce cost and schedule risk. Applicants for the Vice President of Construction position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in mission-critical construction management, with a preference for those with specific data center experience. A Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent professional experience is required. The role demands effective leadership, the ability to foster a high-performance, safety-focused culture, and a proven track record in managing multiple projects across different regions. The VP will be expected to own campus CAPEX budgets, drive financial controls, and partner with various teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and technical specifications.
