Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Golden Valley, Minnesota.

• Provides clinical pharmacy services in an outpatient/retail-based hospital setting, reviewing and verifying medication orders for appropriateness, dosing, frequency, allergies, and potential drug interactions.
• Performs kinetic drug dosing and medication monitoring to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Oversees pharmacy technicians in dispensing medications and IV solutions , ensuring accuracy and compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Collaborates with physicians and nursing staff on therapy management, consults on drug selection and safety , and participates in medication reconciliation .
• Documents interventions, provides patient education as needed, and supports quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements:\n\nBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD – required\nMinnesota Pharmacist license – active, required\nOutpatient/Retail or Ambulatory Pharmacy experience – required\nEpic Willow proficiency preferred
